Professional Standards

Stedfast allows education and training providers to add professional standards which staff will work towards. These can be internal standards or accreditation body standards.

Performance Objectives

Line managers, HR or the system administrator can add the performance objectives that the staff members are going to work towards. These align with professional standards and planned CPD activities.

Staff Reviews

Staff can be regularly reviewed by line managers against each performance objectives Reviewers grade performance and progress made for the review cycle.

Staff Goals

During each review line managers can add short term goals. These can be easily tracked by managers and individual staff members and are updated when they have been completed.

Leaders ensure that regular, frequent and meaningful engagement takes place with staff at all levels, so that they can be confident that issues will be identified. When issues are identified – in particular about workload – leaders deal with them consistently, appropriately and quickly.
